Shipping & Delivery Policy • Deliveries are scheduled for Sunday and Tuesday. While deliveries are generally made in the evening, we reserve the right to deliver in the morning or earlier in the day based on route planning, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Generally Monday-Tuesday meals are delivered on Sunday but for unforeseen circumstances Tuesday dinner can be delivered with the Tuesday afternoon delivery. • Delivery times are provided as an estimated window between 1:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. • A minimum of two meals must be selected per delivery slot. If fewer than two meals are selected for a delivery slot, only one delivery will be made for that week. • Orders placed on Sunday will have their meals delivered on the following Tuesday. • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order during the delivery window. • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including address, phone number, unit number, buzzer code, and any required building access instructions. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. • Any special delivery requests will be considered; however, fulfillment is not guaranteed. • The delivery driver will contact the customer upon arrival and will wait a maximum of 10 minutes. If there is no response, the delivery will be marked as unsuccessful and the driver will proceed to the next stop. • Missed or unsuccessful deliveries due to customer unavailability, no response, incorrect information, or access issues are not eligible for refunds. • Re-delivery, if approved, will incur a $10 re-delivery fee. • Orders contain perishable food items. If a customer requests the order to be left unattended, we are not responsible for spoilage, damage, theft, or temperature-related issues once delivery is completed. • Delivery schedules may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, vehicle issues, or other events beyond our control. • By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of and agreement to this delivery policy.
